A remarkable residence to enjoy as an owner—and an investment designed to perform while you are away.
7 Centurion Court · Jack’s Point
Residence Collective brings together a small number of aligned investors around an exceptional home. Owners enjoy genuine time in the residence, while professional short-stay management puts the unused calendar to work.
Each owner holds a defined tenants-in-common interest and is registered directly on the property title.
Fully furnished to a luxurious standard, prepared before every stay and ready when you arrive with your suitcase.
Unreserved nights are professionally priced, marketed and managed, producing income and a projected return on owner equity.
The investment model
Owner equity and deliberately limited lending are balanced against professionally managed short-stay income. The objective is simple: routine property outgoings are met by the residence, not by recurring calls on its owners.
The Residence Collective objective
No routine holding-cost contributions.Expected rates, insurance, utilities, maintenance, management, reserves and agreed finance costs are incorporated into the property model before it is presented to investors.
We identify completed, premium residences with compelling owner appeal, proven visitor demand and the required accommodation framework.
A small group acquires defined tenants-in-common interests, supported by a comprehensive property-sharing agreement.
Owners nominate three preferred weeks each year. Priority for peak-season dates rotates between owners, giving everyone a fair chance to enjoy the most sought-after stays.
Unused nights are professionally marketed. After agreed costs and reserves, net proceeds are distributed to owners monthly.
Owners receive a clear monthly report covering bookings, revenue, expenses, reserves and their net distribution.
Each interest is saleable, with valuation, first-offer and transfer processes documented from the outset.
Fully managed ownership
Fair seasonal allocation, reservation management and coordination of every owner arrival.
Listing management, dynamic pricing, booking administration and attentive guest care.
Housekeeping, linen, consumables, maintenance, compliance and presentation overseen end to end.
A monthly operating report and payout of available net proceeds according to each ownership interest.
The Residence Standard
We begin with the quality of the experience, then test the strength of the property. Only residences capable of meeting both standards progress to the Collective.
